Lotus is not failed

In an announcement by the UK Department of Justice HM Courts & Tribunals Service is said that a procedure runs against Group Lotus to the company to let go. "There is nothing wrong, Lotus is not failed," assures the British spokeswoman for Autovisie.

Already solved
Group Lotus, consisting of Lotus Cars, Lotus Engineering and Lotus Motorsport, is the so-called Winding Up list. Parties agree on that list by a request from another company because of financial issues. Group Lotus arrived on the list by a supplier whose name is not mentioned. "We have already spoken with that Party and the problems have been solved. We now have a legal process, but there is nothing wrong," said the spokeswoman in conversation with British Autovisie. A company keeps Winding-Up list to judge the matter settled.
